If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), Worximity’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal data described in this Policy depends on the Personal Information (here referred to as “Personal Data”) we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

Worximity may process your Personal Data:

  • Because the processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights

Clarification on the use of cookies and other similar technologies

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use cookies and other similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Services and we retain certain information.

Transfer of Data

Sometimes, we may need to share your Personal Information with mandatories or Service Providers to help us make available all the functionalities of our Services (maintenance, analysis, legal requirements, fraud detection, marketing and development). The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the performance of our Services ("Service Providers"), provide the Services on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Services are used.   • Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Behavioral Remarketing

Worximity uses remarketing services to advertise to you on third party websites after you visited our Services. We and our third-party suppliers use cookies to inform, optimise and serve ads based on your past visits to our Services.

  • Google Ads (AdWords)

Google Ads (AdWords) remarketing service is provided by Google Inc.

You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customise the Google Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Help Center page:

Social Media Features

Our services include social media features such as the LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or YouTube share button or interactive mini-programs that work on our Services. If you use these features, they collect your IP address, the page you visit on our Services and create a cookie to enable these features to function properly. These features may be hosted by a third party or directly on our Services. Your interaction with these features is governed by the company's privacy policy that proves the feature and not by this Policy.

Your Rights

Access to your Personal Information, information and rectification

You have the right to be informed on whether we hold Personal Information about you and to consult such Personal Information. You also have the right to inquire about the manner in which we collect, use and retain such Personal Information and to whom they are disclosed.

You may obtain a copy of your Personal Information or have it corrected, if it is inaccurate, by sending us a written request by email to that effect.

We will provide you with such information or make the change with diligence and no later than 30 days from the date we receive the written request. A reasonable fee may also be required to process your request.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Worximity aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete or limit the use of your Personal Data.

Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 16 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may update our Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Services, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Policy.
