Worximity in French magazine Process Alimentaire with its customer Biscuiterie de l'Abbaye

Process Alimentaire is a magazine specializing in the food industry in France. Our European partner Isatech proposed featuring the testimonial of our customer Biscuiterie de l'Abbaye, which has been using our smart factory technologies for several months and expects a 5% OEE improvement.

After a 3-month assessment, Biscuiterie de l'Abbaye decided to roll out the TileConnect and TileBoard smart factory technologies to 7 production lines. Our technologies work in tandem with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Navision ERP (integrated by Isatech).

"One morning was enough to install two sensors and the tablets, configure the system and train our staff. We already had wifi in the production area. Internally, we called on a maintenance technician to connect the sensors to the packaging machines, and on the production manager for the configuration."

"With the Worximity solution, we expect a TRS gain of 5%." - Marc Lebaudy, IT director at Biscuiterie de l'Abbaye (TRS, taux de rendement synthétique, is the French term for our OEE).
