AI in Baking: Algorithms for Greater Flexibility

More and more manufacturers are looking for ways to incorporate artificial intelligence into their factories. Implementing this technology leads to a minimization of errors, allowing bakers to leverage opportunities to broaden their product breadth or depth. Many companies are working as well towards providing smart solutions to manufacturers.

PreciBake, for example, is an AI baking system that collects data from the baking process and adjusts for discrepancies between ovens without the need for human intervention. This system also permits bakery managers to track oven production through data and imagery from the inside of machines via smart phone or tablet.
