Artificial intelligence is one of the technologies behind Industry 4.0, alongside IoT and big data. It is a critical enabler of digital transformation for manufacturing SMEs.

MESI rolls out tools to help manufacturing SMEs with Industry 4.0

The Quebec government, through its Ministry of Economy, Science and Innovation, is rolling out tools to help SMEs make the Industry 4.0 shift.

To inform and raise awareness among entrepreneurs about Industry 4.0 and the gains tied to adopting it, MESI built the Industry 4.0 Roadmap. The initiative is part of the Digital Economy Action Plan, which includes a digital awareness campaign featuring several tools to accelerate digital transformation in companies.
