Worximity Technology respects the privacy of its customers.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to the data we collect offline and online, including when you visit our website, contact us by phone or email, or communicate with us through social media. This Policy establishes the principles and practices of our company regarding the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information, in accordance with the first phase of Law 25 applied in Quebec in September 2022.

We reserve the right to update this Policy as outlined in the "Modification of the Policy" section below.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information collected online and offline for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Additionally, we keep and use it as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Target Audience of the Site

Our website, social media accounts, and online activities are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. Therefore, we do not request personal information from children aged 17 and under, and we do not knowingly collect such information from children aged 17 and under. If you are not at least 18 years old, you must not visit or use our site.

Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or destruction of personal information during its transmission, storage, and lifecycle. However, please note that no security system is infallible, and internet transmission is not entirely secure or free from errors.

We use a secure server. Sensitive data is transmitted using SSL protocol and hosted by a third party, then encrypted in our provider's database. Only authorized individuals have access to this data, which they are required to keep strictly confidential.

A web beacon is a small object or image embedded in a web page, application, or email that serves to monitor activities. It is also known as an invisible pixel or invisible image.
