We are looking for a
Sales Development Representative

Worximity Technology is a fast-growing company with the mission of continuously improving industry with simple and scalable technologies.
What will you be doing?
Outbound sales representative:
Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities
Research potential clients and conduct targeted outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails or LinkedIn
Connect with and educate prospects, creating a sense of urgency to schedule an appointment
Develop the right business leads by utilizing the prospecting and research tools (Hubpot, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo)
Use Intent and Website Visitor data to prioritize target accounts, adapting the messaging depending on the prospect’s research and context
Nurture and follow-up with the prospects who are not ready to evaluate a solution like Worximity just yet
Work closely and collaboratively with the Revenue Team to develop, test., and implement appropriate messaging across multiple personas
Work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve the overall outbound process
The skills you’ll need to be successful at Worximity:
1 to 2 years of experience in business development and B2B sales
Experience in opportunity qualification: planning, method and tools
Facility to build relationships
Curiosity, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
Bilingual (English and French)
Knowledge of manufacturing production processes and continuous improvement (an asset)
