What will you be doing?

 

Outbound sales representative:

  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities
  • Research potential clients and conduct targeted outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails or LinkedIn
  • Connect with and educate prospects, creating a sense of urgency to schedule an appointment
  • Develop the right business leads by utilizing the prospecting and research tools (Hubpot, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo)
  • Use Intent and Website Visitor data to prioritize target accounts, adapting the messaging depending on the prospect’s research and context
  • Nurture and follow-up with the prospects who are not ready to evaluate a solution like Worximity just yet
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Revenue Team to develop, test., and implement appropriate messaging across multiple personas
  • Work closely with the Sales Development Manager to improve the overall outbound process

The skills you’ll need to be successful at Worximity:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development and B2B sales
  • Experience in opportunity qualification: planning, method and tools
  • Facility to build relationships
  • Curiosity, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Results-oriented
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing production processes and continuous improvement (an asset)
