Worximity Technology is a fast-growing company with the mission of continuously improving industry with simple and scalable technologies.


What will you be doing?

  • Installation and activation of new customers;
  • Full technical support and satisfaction of all customers;
  • Support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure of Worximity products;
  • Be responsible for managing service activation projects for new manufacturing customers making the leap into Industry 4.0;
  • Be responsible for the technical component of activation and extension projects;
  • Configure the different systems;
  • Configure the application according to the specifications of the sales contract and the customers' sector of activity;
  • Be responsible for technical support (levels 1, 2 and 3) on an ongoing basis: management of incidents, problems and service requests;
  • Collect information allowing the technological environment or software functionalities to evolve by participating in different internal technical projects;
  • Be responsible for the IT infrastructure support and maintenance;
  • Work closely with the software engineering team to ensure product stability and reliability.

The skills you’ll need to be successful at Worximity:

  • Technical training in industrial electronics, IT, telecommunications or equivalent;
  • Basic knowledge of electricity;
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience;
  • Comfortable work outside normal office hours;
  • Willing to travel to clients (Canada - United States);
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience in customer service in a B2B context;
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English);
  • Knowledge of Zendesk or equivalent (an asset);
  • Experience in continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment (an asset).
