We are looking for a seasoned Product Director who will lead the product strategy and vision. Reporting to the CEO, the Product Director will play a strategic role in the products evolution and will have an important impact on the company’s growth.
What will you be doing?
Manage the research, design, testing, and go-to-market strategy of Worximity products;
Conduct user and market research to identify improvement opportunities;
Decide what to prioritize and what to build with the objective of helping Worximity and its clients;
Define the product strategy and roadmap;
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners;
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes;
Own product strategy from concept through launch, along with future iterations;
Connect with the clients, actual and future, to identify insights to drive decisions;
Work in collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing to help deliver outstanding products to our clients;
Monitor the market and develop competitive analysis.
The skills you’ll need to be successful at Worximity:
7-10 years of experience in a similar position;
Experience in the SaaS industry;
Creativity and excellent problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Curiosity, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit;
Results-Oriented;
Data-Driven;
Business acumen;
Bilingual (French and English).
