We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to convert marketing leads into demo. As an ISR, you will be busy responding to inquiries, talking with prospects to understand their challenges and their operations and most importantly, you are a key role in our growth engine.
What will you be doing?
- Convert MQL into SQL to drive revenue through contacting, presenting and nurturing inbound leads from the marketing team;
- Give additional information to customers who demonstrates interest towards smart factories;
- Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities;
- Qualify leads from digital campaigns, website, referrals, tradeshows, etc.
- Use Intent and Website Visitor data to prioritize target accounts, adapting the messaging depending on the prospect’s research and context;
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics;
- Explain and demonstrate features of products and services;
- Maintain a database of potential customers;
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest;
- Work closely with the team to improve the overall inbound process.
The skills you’ll need to be successful at Worximity:
- 1-2 years of experience in business development and B2B sales;
- Experience in opportunity qualification: planning, method, and tools;
- Knowledge of inbound sales and marketing;
- Facility to build relationships;
