What will you be doing?

  • Support new manufacturing customers making the jump in Industry 4.0, by facilitating the activation of our product TileBoard;
  • Configure the material;
  • Set the application according to the specification of the sales contract and to the business sector of the customers;
  • Offer continuous technical support (post-activation) via our customer relationship software;
  • Collaborate with the development team to properly document and remedy the technical difficulties.


The skills you’ll need to be successful at Worximity:

  • A college diploma or university degree in industrial electronics, computer science, telecommunications, or equivalent;
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience;
  • Confortable working outside of typical office hours;
  • Travel regularly to clients (Canada - USA);
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Customer service experience in B2B context;
  • Basic notions of networking;
  • Experience with the Linux domain;
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English);
  • Experience in continuous improvement in manufacturing (an asset).
