12 months contract - 3 days/week


What will you be doing?


Talent retention and strategy 

  • Advise and work with managers in all their projects in terms of human resources management;
  • Be proactive and establish a solid relationship of trust with managers and employees;
  • Being present and listening to employees, helping to solve certain situations;
  • Create a work environment where employees can grow, develop and fulfill themselves;
  • In collaboration with managers, identify career development opportunities for employees and suggest relevant training;
  • Implement tools to survey employees, measure engagement and become predictive.

Organizational Culture

  • Participate in the organization of internal events (activities, lunch&learn, drink&demo, off-site, etc.);
  • Implement initiatives to bring Worximity’s mission and value to life on a daily basis;
  • Highlight important events in a fun way (work anniversaries, parties, achievement of objectives, etc.)

Attraction and recruitment:

  • Be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle: from need analysis to new employee’s integration;
  • Headhunting with LinkedIn or any other relevant tool;
  • Build talent pools for futures opportunities;
  • Put in place attraction strategies to increase the number of qualified CVs received;
  • If necessary, coordinate the subcontracted mandates to headhunters;
  • Ensure the onboarding and integration of new employees.


The skills you’ll need to be successful at Worximity:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience as a generalist in human resources;
  • University degree in human resources management or industrial relations;
  • Experience in a strategic role, ideally in a small business;
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time;
  • Ability to quickly establish strong interpersonal relationships and build trust;
  • Strong listening and empathy skills;
  • Experience with groupe insurance, an asset;
  • Certified Human Ressources Professional, an asset;
  • Bilingual (French and English).
