What will you be doing?

  • Ensure growth for our existing customers;
  • Help our existing clients exceed their strategic objectives;
  • Work with the customer success team and implement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key accounts and support them in their customer experience;
  • Manage relations with the executives (C-level) of our current clients.


The skills you’ll need to be successful at Worximity:

  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong experience in continuous improvement and business development;
  • Strong interest in technology;
  • Ability to build relationships and interest in others around you;
  • Responsible for the results;
  • Curiosity, initiative and entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Perfectly bilingual (English and French);
  • Knowledge of SaaS model (an asset);
  • Comfortable with occasional travel (local and international).
