We are looking for a Customer Success & Training Specialist to join the Worximity team. Someone who wants to take part in our goal to continuously improve the industry with simple and scalable technologies. Your role will be to ensure the optimal use of our solutions to improve customer experience and retention.


What will you be doing?

  • Optimize and maintain the initial training process ;
  • Ensure ongoing user training ;
  • Analyze customer usage to maximize adoption ;
  • Define key indicators to adequately monitor customer adoption ;
  • Accompany customers in the adoption and use of real-time data as a daily management tool ;
  • Assist customers with product configuration issues (post-installation) ;
  • Participate in the implementation of the customer success department ;
  • Manage and develop customers relationships ;
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a feedback loop with the development, marketing and revenue teams ;
  • Actively contribute to the development, improvement or adaptation of solutions offered to customers.


The skills you’ll need to be successful at Worximity:

  • 2-5 years of customer success experience;
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/clients at once ;
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams ;
  • Knowledge of Jira, an asset ;
  • Knowledge of Confluence, an asset ;
  • Knowledge of Zendesk, an asset ;
  • Solution oriented ;
  • Bilingual (French & English).
