What will you be doing?

  • Support new manufacturing customers making the leap into Industry 4.0;
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 clients, ensure the follow-up of client proposals and the achievement of their objectives;
  • Train users of TileBoard app;
  • Provide post-activation follow-ups and advise clients on best practices;
  • Work in collaboration with the technical team for customer support and activation;
  • Work in collaboration with the sales team for organic development opportunities;
  • As a team, implement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Multiply the contacts with current customers.

 

The skills you’ll need to be successful at Worximity:

  • A college diploma or university degree in business, operations management, industrial engineering or any relevant training;
  • 1 to 5 years experience in customer service;
  • Experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing production, lean manufacturing, etc.
  • Pronounced interest in technology;
  • Ability to build relationships and have interest in others around you;
  • Excellent time and priority management skills;
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team;
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English).
