What will you be doing?

  • Collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams to plan and develop content;
  • Align the team's content strategy with the customer strategy, the company's strategy, and the strategies of other teams;
  • Monitor communications to stakeholders to ensure appropriate messaging, materials, and frequency;
  • Work in collaboration with internal team to customize marketing and communications campaigns for various audiences and media;
  • Work with internal and external creative agencies and suppliers to develop best-in-class collateral and publications for the department;
  • Engage with the online community on a daily basis;
  • Develop a social listening and community engagement program;
  • Assist with editing internal and external communications as required;
  • Ensure all activities and materials follow brand standards and reflect consistent messaging;
  • Stay informed and current with digital trends in communications and apply those learnings to the department’s strategies;
  • Digs deep into thought-provoking questions, pain points, social-functional feelings, and objectives to choose words and graphics that resonate with Worximity clients;
  • Do all other tasks related to content strategy.

The skills you’ll need to be successful at Worximity:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in building audience engagement or driving customer acquisition and revenue growth;
  • Team player with a talent for brainstorming, planning, collaborating, and providing feedback to key team members, including designers, freelance writers, and other stakeholders;
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage and influence many stakeholders;
  • Experience in a business-minded role creating and managing online documentation;
  • Extremely conscientious approach to researching, editing, fact checking, and proofreading;
  • Knowledge of technical writing;
  • An eye for detail and possess impeccable standards with regards to grammar, punctuation, syntax, style, and tone;
  • Data-driven;
  • Knowledge of Zendesk, WordPress and Hubspot;
  • Bilingual (French and English).
