We are looking for an Account Manager to join the Worximity team. Someone who has a great ability to build strong relationships with our client's executive team and who is skilled in negotiation.

The main objective of this position is to generate recurring monthly revenue.


What will you be doing?

  • Contribute to the consolidation and maintenance of business relationships with clients by conducting regular follow-ups on their needs and upcoming projects;
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the identification of account expansion opportunities;
  • Maintain ongoing financial discussions with our clients’ executive team (CEO, CFO, etc.);
  • Develop retention and expansion strategies for existing accounts;
  • Create a sales plan to support the achievement of financial goals;
  • Determine customer needs and explain our value proposition;
  • Research, identify and stay abreast of technological advances in the industry to be able to explain our competitive advantage correctly;
  • Visit customers at their plant, participate in some trade shows;
  • Be responsible for a portfolio of customers (40-50 customers);
  • Present quarterly business reviews and plan business case review meetings with customers;
  • Identify, promote, and propose horizontal and vertical expansions with the support of the CI expert and the Customer Success Specialist.


The skills you’ll need to be successful at Worximity:

  • Capacity to lead business discussion with senior leadership;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IoT;
  • Experience with the manufacturing industry;
  • Highly comfortable with sales techniques;
  • Used to managing multiple accounts at the same time;
  • Strong strategic mindset.
